The Summer Bucket List

06/17/2015 13:46

Summer is the perfect time to let your hair down and relax but try telling that to kids who go running to their parents shrieking “I’m bored” every five minutes. It’s indeed a tough task to keep kids engaged in activities and games that they would want to continue doing or playing throughout their summer holidays. So before summer sets in, have a look at this summer bucket list that will keep kids engaged and you sane (you can download the list and hand it over to the kids as it is addressed to them)!

1.       Make no-blender ice cream at home. Here’s another easy way: Mix 1⁄2 cup half-and-half, 1 tablespoon sugar, and 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla in a small zip-lock bag and mix them up. Put ice and rock salt in the larger bag and then add the filled small bag. Seal the large bag. Keep squeezing the bags until ice cream is thickened.
